A couple months ago I fell on my knee while running, and it got swollen and bruised. The swelling has gone away since but if I slightly bump it I get a sharp pain that is horrible that only lasts for a about 20-30 seconds. It's in the center of my knee. Should I be worried? It doesn't hurt when i walk or run, only when I bump it. I'm hesitant to see a doctor cause I don't know if it will go away, or if something happened.
