when i put a cd into my jensen vm9311ts, sometimes it will just say bad disk when i know it is a good one (freshly burnt or new). or it will play the same "bad disk" and play the wrong song. it will show one title like for say, track 7, but it is actually playing track 1. it is almost always track one playing. also i have problems when searching for a song title, it will search for a minute, then start playing track 1. is this a laser issue, and can it be repaired. or is this thing just really dirty. does like best buy service these units, or where can i go. limited in my area.
