Why does my iPhone keep forgetting my contacts' names?

Hi there,

My iPhone has randomly started "forgetting" the names of my contacts. For instance, I'll get a message from "Sarah". A few minutes later, it won't say it's from Sarah anymore - it will only show her number and no name, as if she's a stranger. It is happening to almost everyone who messages me...

Any ideas??
