first, let me give you guys some of my specs..
alright, i have an ibook g4, got it in 2003-2004?
it has a 1.07ghz processor (yes i know, a glacier would win in a race)
1.25GB of RAM
40GB hard drive with about 4.2GB free
ATI Mobility Radeon 9200 Graphics card with 32 MB of VRAM
well anyway, when i get on youtube, or go to play a simple game that uses flash (such as bubble spinner), or any other item that uses flash (an online ad on facebook or myspace or something), my computer cant handle it.
when i watch a youtube video, its not smooth, at all, its like im watching a picture slide show with an a**load of pictures and sound. sometimes it just stays on one frame of the video and jumps to another one 6 or 7 seconds later.
and when im playing flash games, it does the same thing, it lags horribly.
i cant figure out if my computer is too slow and its just a piece of cr*p, or its just not working right.
when i get on my imac that i got about a year ago, it works like magic, its ridiculously fast, but its brand new, so thats probably why.
anyone know whats wrong with my ibook? or is there anyway to get it to play youtube videos and flash items like it should?

*PS: i dont want to have to download all those retarded little maintenance programs, they get pretty annoying sometimes.
one more thing, if this helps anything at all, its not slow with everything, when im just browsing through webpages, its pretty zippy. no lag everything just pops up.
but its just weird how my iphone 3G S is much much faster when playing games and watching videos than my laptop
