When I use the auto-unlock in my 2002 Civic, the inside rear passenger door lock only seems to pop up halfway. When I try to open the door with either the inside or outside door handles, the lock mechanism trips back down again and the door locks. The only way to get around this is to manually pull the lock mechanism all the way up myself and then open the door.
Does anyone know what could cause this? I've been looking at diagrams to see what it could be and am not handy enough to figure it out by looking at the diagram. I'd also rather not tear the door apart unless I know what I'm going after.
