why does my head itch when i sweat which is mainly when i run or play any sports..?

Its been happening idk.. forever! and i hate it..
i think i've tried everything, i've been using head and shoulders dry scalp shampoo for 3 years now.. and still nothing has improved

Where should i go to cure this ?
and is there any home remedies that have worked for yall?
 
It itches because i think that bad bacteria has gathered up and it gets moist so therefor it itches. shave your head once...maybe that will help
