I naturally have dark brown hair. I have dyed my hair a number of time over the past 6 years, both full head and highlights. My most recent were blonde highlights that I really didn't like so I dyed my hair back to the dark brown it naturally is. I know my hair lightens a lot so I grabbed the darkest brown I could get that wasn't black. I did this about 5 months ago and now the hair that I've dyed (the lower half because my natural roots have grown in a lot as well) has turned almost an orangey brown colour. Could anybody please help me with trying to get my natural colour back and not having it lighten so drastically?
