My dog is a female and spayed but constantly licks and humps my leg. As I understand it, licking is a sign of submission while humping is the direct opposite. If that's true then why does she do both?
Also my dog LOVES to get kisses on the side of her face. She's a miniature dachshund so she's not too heavy, but when I'm sitting down on the couch she'll climp up my chest and just put her face up against my lips so I'll kiss her. I'm wondering why she likes to do that.
