Why does my cellphone sound disconnected when calling from my landline?

I just switching landline providers to Charter and have been receiving and calling out okay. However, when I call my cell phone from my landline it rings once and then it sounds disconnected. Does anybody know why? I can call other cellphones just find except for mine. Weird

I have T-Mobile by the way.
