Why Does My Cell Phone Glow At Certain Hours?

I have LG Shine Touch / KM555 / Cookie.

Every night it glows (as if someone pressed the unlock key) at 11:45pm and 12:00am.
Any idea if this is some setting for a reminder and just doesn't beep or something.
Anyone having the same problem or know how to fix this?!
