Why does my cat pee everywhere,even while she walks?

Ok let me explain i found her about 5 days ago she gave birth outside 2 babies died and 1 is left. when i first saw her i noticed her butt was dirty. I thought hey after a bit she'll clean up. But this doesnt seem normal and i dont think it will "clean up". she walks around and shit come out of her ass. Sorry for the langage but its NASTY. its green,and her poop is very small but most of the time its liquid but its green. Ive been feeding herdry cat food and tuna cans. Ive raised MANY MANY cats so im sure the way im treating her isnt wrong. I wanna know HOW TO STOP THIS because its nasty i dont allow her in the house because SHE POOPS LITERALLY EVERYWHERE. So i keep her in my basement.There is no vet. Any ideas of what it is? Home remedies? Something i can feed her?Thank You
