Why does my cat act aggressive toward me and my other pets?

My indoor cat is a spayed female. She is 5 years old and I have raised her since she was a kitten along with 2 other cats. Within the last couple of months she has become very aggressive toward me and my 2 other indoor cats. She constantly hisses and growls for no apparent reason. I have taken her to the vet, but she checks out fine. I do not understand what could be wrong and her behavior has me questioning whether I should keep her. I am very concerned that she may be sick or in pain, but each time I have taken her to the vet, the vet can not find anything wrong. I am at wits end and would like to help her. It just doesn't seem right. I have been around cats all my life and her behavior tells me that something is very wrong. Does anyone have any suggestions or thoughts? I don't want to give up on her. Thanks for your help.
The vet I take my cat to specializes in felines. She diagnosed this cat 4 months ago with a urinary tract infection, this same vet has since tested my cat again and said she was fine.
