I own a 99 Mitsubishi eclipse GS. When I bought the the car I knew there was a front end wobble, I just figured a outer tie rod issue. So I talked the man down and bought the car. When I got the car home I noticed the front outer tie rods needed replacing like I thought, but also the passenger side lower control arm's ball joint was a little worn too. So I replaced that too and got am alignment. Everything was fine until I took the car up to 70mph. My cars gas pedal shakes. No vibrations in the steering wheel. I also feel the front end of the car shakes as well. What could this be? I have quite a bit of experience with cars but this is stumping me.
Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Okay UPDATE/RESPONSE:
First answer: my engine has never overheated. New oil change will all fluids up to level.
Second answer: the car was most likely hit but it couldn't have been bad. I have all oem engine parts and my front frame is not bent. I do however have a new hood and front bumper. I am going to check into what you said though thanks for the ideas!
Third answer: I just got new all season tires thrown on the car so I'm sure they well balanced.
