why does my car sputter/cut out?

i have a 1997 dodge intrepid 3.5 l sport it as had the tranny, fuel pump and battery replaced n it also the cam sensor and when i accelerate the car sometimes cuts out my father and his friend are two of the best mecanics in wichita and neither could find what was wrong it has done this since i first got it and before then it really iritates me when im trying to have fun in my car it is kind of a sputter when im taking off
