Why does my car speaker sound like it's loosing signal when it hits a bump?

I have a 08 hyundai tiburon. I bought it used and it is a great car, upon the first 2 months i notice when i hit a bump the audio would play but this sound of like a helicopter was playing A LOT louder then the audio. I didn't know what it was but when you would start it up it would be normal. Then after awhile it stopped doing that then now it makes this constant losing signal noise. Just recently the car speaker in the back left matches the sound of my rpms. no matter if the volume is down. I was in the car and it was doing that losing signal sound but then i i pushed in the frame where the radio and the heat and ac switched are. It when perfect and i got my brother to hold it in while i drove around and the normal bumps that would mess the radio up didn't effect my radio. What is wrong? is it a loose wire? Thanks.
I forgot to say before anyone answers the car had a system in it and is still wired. He took the power to the amp off the battery but it still has all the wires throughout the car.
