why does my car shake, and makes weir noise?

5 days ago I bought a Nissan altima 2006, and 2 days ago I noticed a weir sound coming out from were the bands are on the left side of the car, when the car is on neutral it kind of shakes, but when I shift it to ("D" :direct) it starts to make some kind of squiki noise. and I am more than sure that the noise is coming from the left side, where some black belts are. I hope you guys can help!

good sparkplugs, no broke engine mounts. clean oil.
