On occassion my car will "turn over," but not start. I looked on line to "answers.com" and was told it "could be" the fulr pump or the "relay sensor." I have had several incidents where I took the car in, spent money on it, and it still does this. The fuel pump would cost $450 to replace, so I want to be sure. By the way, it usually takes about 20 minutes of "sitting there" until the car will re-start.
