why does my car not accelerate when I lose traction?

I drive a 2004 toyota 4runner and when I lose traction even a little i cant accelerate at all, and I mean when i put the pedal to the floor the RPM's don't go above 2000. I know its a safety feature but I am wondering how to disable it. I want to go mudding and have tried but it is impossible to do doughnuts or even go ast in muddy areas because of this. Even when I am driving normally if i turn hard the car slows down which makes it difficult to drive sometimes.

I just want to know what i have to do to disable or stop this.
I am pushing the pedal to the floor trust me i know this is a standard feature i want to know ow to disable it.
