I have a 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse RS, Manual, none turbo. Ok here's the problem, every time I try to start my car, it starts choking. In order for me to get it started, I have to hold down the clutch and the key for about 5 seconds until the rpm and the car stays on. If I try to start it normally, the car will just die.

But here's whats strange, when the car is fully or somewhat warmed up, it will turn on just fine with no problem. When it's warmed up, I don't have to hold the clutch and the key down for a long time just to get it started, it will just start normally.

But when the car is fully cooled down, it will starts having that choking problem again when I try to start it. What could be wrong with this car? Whats causing this choking problem when I try to start it? Please help, I've been having this problem with my car for a very long time now. I just wanna make it start normal like a normal car.
