my bt phone on my bt landline does not ring when i have incoming calls i have tried plugging in three different phones i have also tried the test socket and it doesnt work either. I can make outging calls and my broadband is up and running ok does anyone one have any ideas why my phone or any phone plugged into my socket doesnt ring with an incoming call?
