Why does my brake pedal get hard and my brakes stick on my 87 civic?

I have a 1987 civic. When I drive, the brakes stick and I can feel the wheel is really hot when I touch it.. It also causes me to slow down and I can barely accelerate. Also, when I first start the car up and push the brake pedal , it feels pretty normal.. Once I start driving and the brakes start sticking, the pedal gets pretty stiff. the things i have changed are brake master cylinder, proportioning valve, brake lines front rear both, pads front rear both now i think nothing left except brake booster which is working fine so is there is air in the lines or some thing else ?
Any help is appreciated. thanks
