Why does my blackberry do this sometimes?

Sometimes when I want to watch videos its completely fine but then other times when I try to watch videos on my new blackberry curve it says that there is an error whille attempting to play media and then it does it with every video I try to watch haha please help? Thanks
 
most of the time my blackberry does that when im on the internet, and im trying to watch a video off there and dont have enough service to watch it.
