...disconnecting? Last Monday I got Bell Aliant High Speed Ultra internet. It still does not work. After 9 calls (7 hours on phone) and a tech visit who ran a dedicated line for the modem, my internet still is not working correctly. I always have to power down the modem. Today I lost the connection while using it. For some reason my user id and password is not recognized so I have limited access. This is the third time for this. On the modem, my wireless and internet light are flashing but my dsl light is solid. The tech on the phone today could not help me. I have another internet service, but it is being eliminated on the 11th and I really need to have this service. Now I cannot even power it down to get it working. Any help would be appreciated.
