I download torrents to get Android apps that are no longer available, usb them to my sd card and install them on my Android 1.5 phone (HTC Hero). But for some reason at least 50% of the apps I try to install cause a window to pop up saying '[application] could not be installed on this phone'. I have never gotten this error message when downloading from the Android Market, though. One example is ICommando, it can be found at BTjunkie.org as a single torrent file, if someone is willing to download and try installing it to see if they get the same error message, that would shed some light on this. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
