why does my 99 pontiac sunfire not have a radiator cap like all other cars?

it has a reserve tank and the cap is on the reserve tank. is every sunfire made like that? so when i hear anything about the radiator cap do i just refer to my reserve tank cap? also... do other cars have a hose coming out of the tank that just lets steam/vapor out and isnt connected to anything else... an "outlet" im guessing.
NOTHING?! come guy read the question

most every car made in the last 25 yrs has what was once called a over flow jug to catch antifreeze when over filled or over heated so it dont spill onthe ground and so it can be suck back into the motor has it cools still a radiator cap
