why does my 99 chrysler concords alarm go off in the middle of the night?

alrightwell heres the scoop ... every night i get out of my car lock my doors and engage the factory alarm.and now through out the last week i would get woken up by my alarm in the middle of the night ... once at around 4:00 am and now once at 6:00 am .. the first time i thought some one was stealing my car so i rush out there and saw no one and that was the same for the last time... but now its getting tiresome and im sure its irratating my neihbors .. so if any one could help it would be nice
