It's happen to me 3 times in the last month. The first time I turned it on and it turned off right away, second time I was leaving the parking lot and as i was going down the street it turned off. (I had to hit the brake and put it on park and turn it back on) Today it happened again. i took it the an auto shop and got the battery tested and alternator and they passed the test. . what's causing this problem?

Ghosts in the machine! Booo! It could be the crank censer or the fuel pump is going bad or the fuel cut off switch in the rear of the car under a panel is shorting out! It really sounds like a crank censer!

Hmmm i'm kinda guess it could be the distributer or the fuel pump. I don't know just a guess. Mine had the same problem. i changed the distributer and the wire harnest and then it worked fine. Hope you find the problem.

i second the distributer and the fuel pump....ive also gone through this and i just did a quick tune up with replacing the cap and rotor and the spark plugs.....
