Why does my 91 honda civic idle high then low and sometimes it dies when i go over bumps?

I have heard alot of different things like idling sensor and ecu being loose. Oh and car is gobbling gas which i have heard can be a vacuum line which i looked for any not plugged and couldnt find any.
 
As far as dying when it goes over bumps it is more than likely a loose ground or battery terminal or a short somewhere. Check ALL of your grounds and your battery terminals.

The Idle is more than likely a vacuum leak somewhere or an Idle air control having issues.
