ok i am getting seriously desperate with the toilet training issue!!
my maltese/lhasa x long haired jack russell 5 month old puppy keeps peeing on my couch and sometimes my bed. ive already replaced my couch once and have had to throw away my old comfy mattress
and am now on a spare mattress with a plastic cover under my sheets so at least this mattress doesnt get destroyed.
i am trying to paper train her but she still does it in other places when im not constantly keeping an eye on her.
i praise her whenever she does actually go on the paper, but it doesnt seem to be working. i dont believe in using any kind of choke chains or pain for discipline- it is just cruel.
she is an inside dog and i cant make her an outside dog as my other dog is an inside dog and is properly trained(she was easy)
i have bought a clicker and am being as consistant as i possibly can.
