Why does my 2003 Pontiac Sunfire 5-speed manual trans 2.2 want to stall at a light?

It does do it all the time,now the idle is normal.It only happens when im coming off the gas and slowing down for a light car in neutral.Any other time the car runs great.What can I do to correct this?
