Why does my 2002 Ford Focus rumble and vibrate when in reverse first thing in

the morning? I let it warm up a bit before I start moving, but it still rumbles in reverse, then drive but it goes away after a few minutes. I have been told it could be the transmission but the fluid has been checked recently and was fine.
