The car has 145K miles. Never had a starting problem before. Recently started taking 5-10 seconds to start. When it starts to fire, runs rough for a few seconds and evens out. Runs fine after started, no noticeable loss in power. Thinking it may be some sort of oxygen-fuel sensor. Fuel filter was suggested, along with fuel injectors. Haven't tried any of the suggestions as of now.
Forgot to add, if the car has been recently running (in the last maybe 10 minutes or so) the car will start up like normal, no excessive cranking.
Also, a smell of gasoline was present after starting the vehicle recently.
One more thing, check engine diagnostic has been read. 1 error which is the left bank of the catalytic converter is below threshold level, so it is getting clogged.
