WHY DOES MY 2000 HONDA PRELUDE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT KEEP GETTING TRIGGERED?

I own a 2000 Honda prelude Base model 5 speed. I have recently had the valve lash adjusted and timing belt replaced. Then I started getting check engine lights. It varies between a p1399, p0301, p0300. (Codes are random multiple misfire.. cylinder 1 misfire.. etc) There is no significant event that triggers these codes and they pop up randomly. I figured if timing was an issue they would trigger immediately or almost immediately. Driveability seems fine although i have a really low idle (around 400 rpm) and it bogs down bad when ac is on. I have cleaned the egr and iacv. I have replaced coil, dizzy, plugs and wires. I also only run supreme gas. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Dont quote me on this, but i remember seeing a recall on Hondas for po300. Check around in forums, and do some digging. I know i saw something on it. Good luck
