Why does my 1993 Ford Mustand 2.3 LX want to try and stall?

I have a 1993 Ford Mustang 2.3 Automatic and when I start it up the RPMs will go up like normal but then fall to where it almost stalls out but then powers threw it and the RPMS will come to normal then go back down then does it all over again and some times it will stall out, but this only happens when it is in park, and this didn't happen until we replaced the spark plugs and wires, and now it will not shift right, it always wants to stay in 1st and when i let off the gas it will go into 2nd but no further, I have had the car only 2 weeks and when i drove it home it had no problems, but only when we started the full tune up did it start doing all this, Can any one please help me out?? Here is the list of all the stuff we did to it.
Oil change
New oil filter
Radiator fluids changed
Transmission fluid exchanged
New brake fluid
New brake calibers
New brake pads
New brake line
New power steering fluid
New belts and hoses
New spark plugs and wires
New air filter
New fuel filter
New Fuel Pump
New wiper Blades
New Battery
