why does my 10 gallon fish tank have foam on the inside edges just above the water line?

why does my 10 gallon fish tank have foam on the inside edges just above the water line? i only have 3 zebra danios to help me cycle my tank(im still in the process of cycling my tank) why could my fish tank have some foam on the inside edges above the water line? how do i get rid of it?
 
proteins from fishes, just get something like a plastic 1 gallon bottle and remove water from water surface.
