why does my 05 dodge ram vibrate ?

Between 55-70mph my 05 Ram vibrates not shakes but it only happens when im hitting the gas. After 70mph everything smooths back out and of course before 55 mph its fine too. Around October I installed a Flowmaster super 40 so might be a exhaust leak . but why would it clear after 70? any suggestions?
 
lost a weight off a wheel or it has slid on the rim have rear tires re balanced the problem is tire balance .
