Why does my 02 dodge ram 1500 truck idles high and low when im at a stop light?

My dodge idles jump from high to low when im at a top light and stay high in the morning until i start driving.I have used throttle body spray,replace the air filter,checked evap hoses and don't now what to do next.Help!!
 
mines a 94' dodge ram 1500 and it does the same thing nothin to worry about
