Why does Jesse Jackson stick his nose in everyones business?

I read today that Jesse Jackson had made comments about how Michael Jacksons family was doing. What does he gave to do with anything? Seems like anytime anything happens he sticks his nose in it.
Sands u must know something I don't since u were apparently there when they asked him to speak on their behalf.
 
He's representing the Jackson family. He was asked to speak on their behalf. I don't think that he sticks his nose in people's business without first being asked, but maybe you know something that I don't.
