Why does it keeps opening a tab called "position and size" even if I draw a single...

...line in Adobe Flash CS4? It was not like this from starting. I never used Flash before and I was playing around with it. I don't remember what I did but every time I draw something it makes a box over that drawn line, and I have to right click and deselect it to make it disappear. And this keeps going on.
