I cannot eat hot peppers which makes sense they bother a lot of people so salsa and mexican food are no-nos but why does it hurt my stomach to eat anything with even mild pepper like bell peppers?
I ate a sandwich with bell peppers today and I could not move for 5 hours because I was in agony. This has happened a few times before when I ate mexican food. Pepto bismol seems to help a little but it's annoying because even if I accidentally eat just a little pepper I have to suffer extreme agony for hours.
also its is only peppers, I know we don't digest peppers but every other vegetable like brocoli and carrots don't hurt my stomach, just peppers.
how do I stop the pain if i do eat peppers?
