Why does it feel like my heart beats twice?

I keep getting this strange beat where it feels like part of my heart beats twice. Like it'll beat up top and then the bottom of it will beat. I dont know if I"m explaining that right. But yea it's like a da-da real fast instead of one strong da beat. is this bad? i'm very scared. i was diagnosed with a heart murmur. can it just be that?
