I've been using Chrome for a few months now and I love how fast it is. I heard the reason it is so fast because it is lighter than other browsing programs. However, when I look at my task manager under processes, it says that 16 chrome.exe's are running when I only have one open. I don't think this is normal because I've looked at it before and it's never been like that. I only have one Chrome window open and one tab open.
Yes, I know Chrome opens up a new process for each tab. But I only have one tab open and it still has 16 processes running!
