did you clear out your browsing history? in IE click tools at the top it says delete browsing history click that a little window will open hit the delete all button at the bottom just have it remove it maybe you have this bookmarked on your browser or maybe it's in your favorites since you are using IE did it work ? aha since you cleared your browsing history and now quarantined it and removed it's gone right?
