why does exploit : HTML/IframeRef.gen keep on coming back?

my firewall is on, windows live care is on but no use. it has nothing to do with a website , as soon as i click on internet explorer on-care detects it . I am not on a free movie or any website other than yaqhoo. why is this happening ?

i did delete the browsing history but no use. i am going to quarnt it and see what happens :(

As above but first switch System Restore off -
Also is that your only anti virus - You may need more -
Add AVG free (just google it)
 
did you clear out your browsing history? in IE click tools at the top it says delete browsing history click that a little window will open hit the delete all button at the bottom just have it remove it maybe you have this bookmarked on your browser or maybe it's in your favorites since you are using IE did it work ? aha since you cleared your browsing history and now quarantined it and removed it's gone right?
