H Hannah New member May 4, 2010 #1 Onion and Strawberry DNA were both extracted and I measured it in the graduated test tube and the strawberry had 3ml of DNA out of 5ml of strawberry while the onion only had 1.5ml of DNA out of 5ml of onion. Why is this?
