I have a 1990 Camaro RS. It has a 350, 5 speed [I know it came out with 305, 305 was replaced with 350]. When I start car, there is a loud grinding sound from under the hood while engine is idling. It is very audible from outside of car. When I drive car up the road, it still makes this grinding sound as I go through the gears. Eventually, it stops, seems to be after engine warms up. I went to start car yesterday, and it wouldn't turn over. It just clicked like battery was dead. I checked the battery, and it was drained. [don't know if this is anything caused by grinding sound, thought I would mention it just in case]
