Why does car do this?

When im driving around after i started the car, i give it gas and everything is good,
but when i let off the throttle the rpms kinda chug just a little and then it catches back to normal
only does this for a few seconds and back to steady rpm, but once i let off the throttle it
just chugs a little, nothing major and a few seconds after its steady..
something to do with dirty throttle body or something? cars 89 supra..
anything possible
clean it out?
 
Could be a clogged injector or a new fuel filter may be in order. Not really sure b/c those symptoms are a bit vague. But clearly fuel pressure seems to be the issue. I'm not much of an authority on the Supra. I mean it could be anything really from a bad throttle position sensor to a touchy O2 sensor. G'luck!
