Cable is not transmitted over US Govt. owned airwaves, and is therefore not subject to FCC regulation. Therefore, cable shows don't have to bleep out anything, but they do. All the fucking time. They bleeped out "Bush" (talking about a woman's vaginia) on Comedy Central just recently.
Why does cable bleep out words even though they don't have to?
