Why does Bluetooth soleil does not get conneted with my bluetooth headset?

I have a bluetooth soleil adapter.It gets paired with my bluetooth headset(Nokia BH-104).
It does no get connected.when I try to connect it,it always says connection failed.
can anyone help me out?
