Why does Blockbuster's Online Service suck so bad lately?

Over the past three months Blockbuster keeps skipping over the movies in the top of my queue and giving me an "On Order" message. They are only shipping me like 4 movies a month now and it is hardly worth the 17 bucks I pay them every month. I guess I will have to go back to Netflix and wait 28 days. Anyone experiencing the same or know why this is happening? I know DISH bought them, but that is no excuse for crappy service. We still pay the same premium! Either crap or get off the pot Blockbuster!!!!!!!!!! Don't string paying customers along!!!!!! I appreciate the feedback for anyone who cares to comment. Thank you.
 
You do realize BlockBuster DID file for Bankruptcy, right? They literally have absolutely no money to afford rental or delivery services anymore.

You'll be lucky enough to get anything from BlockBuster from now on.
